The royal liaison serves as the point of communication between the Crown and the rest of the Kingdom—populace, officers, event staff, and often other kingdoms. Their purpose is to ensure the royals can focus on ruling, traveling, making decisions, and being present for the people without being overwhelmed by logistics.
